Identity and Contact Information. Full name, date of birth, and government-issued photo identification; email address, phone number, and mailing address; emergency contact information when voluntarily provided.
Reservation and Stay Information. Booking dates, room type, length of stay, room preferences and special requests; names of accompanying guests; history of stays, cancellations, and incidents.
Payment Information. Credit or debit card details, billing address, and payment authorization records. Full payment card numbers are processed and stored by our PCI-compliant payment processor and our property management system (ResNexus). We do not retain full card numbers on our own servers.
Technical and Website Information. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies; guest WiFi and network connection data while on our property.
Communications. Emails, text messages, phone calls, and conversations with Lady Ashcroft; survey responses, guest reviews, and social media interactions with our accounts.
Third Party Booker Data. If someone books a stay on your behalf, we receive your information from that person and treat it under this policy.
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages such as booking links, reservation confirmations, stay-related updates, and replies to your inquiries. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. If our practices ever change, we will update this policy, provide notice, and offer any opt-out required by law before doing so. Regardless of any future change, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared with or sold to any third party.
Lady Ashcroft is LibraryINN's AI concierge. When you interact with her by chat or by phone, your messages are processed by us and by our underlying AI service providers to generate responses, improve service quality, and operate the concierge.
We do not perform facial recognition, voiceprint identification, or any other biometric processing.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, and measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie preferences tool. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law. Our website does not otherwise respond to Do Not Track browser signals, as no common industry standard exists.

LibraryINN is an adults-only property (18+). Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to meet legal, tax, and innkeeper record requirements, and to resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and PCI-compliant payment handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information as carefully as we protect the quiet of the reading room.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on our website.
