Welcome to LibraryINN. These terms explain the house rules of our small, adults only inn, how bookings and cancellations work, and the terms of our text messaging program. By booking a stay, using our website, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
These Terms & Conditions are issued by Library Inn LLC, an Idaho limited liability company doing business as LibraryINN ("LibraryINN," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 580 W Elm Street, Lava Hot Springs, Idaho 83246. You can reach us at book@libraryinn.com or (208) 925-1553.
Program name: LibraryINN Guest Messages.
What you will receive: When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example by asking our phone concierge, Lady Ashcroft, to text you a link, or by entering your number when you book, LibraryINN may send you text messages about your inquiry or stay. These include booking links, reservation confirmations, check in instructions, stay related updates, replies to your questions, and an occasional follow up about a booking you asked about.
Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and stay.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out: You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: We do not sell your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Reservations are made through our website at libraryinn.com, which uses the ResNexus booking system, or with our front desk. Rates, taxes, and fees are shown at the time of booking. By completing a booking you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Your card is charged on the morning two days before your arrival date. Once the card has been charged, the reservation is non refundable. To cancel free of charge, please cancel no later than the night three days before your arrival. For example, for a Friday arrival, the card is charged Wednesday morning, so the free cancellation deadline is Tuesday night. Please contact the front desk to confirm the details of your specific reservation.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, furnishings, or books caused during their stay beyond normal wear, and may be charged for repair or replacement. We may end a stay without refund if a guest violates these policies or endangers other guests, staff, or the property.
Lady Ashcroft is an artificial intelligence concierge that answers questions by phone and on our website. Her answers are provided for convenience and may occasionally be incomplete or out of date. Your confirmed reservation details and these terms control over anything said by the concierge. Please contact the front desk to confirm anything important to your stay.
The content of this website, including text, photos, and design, belongs to LibraryINN and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Links to third party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LibraryINN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for personal belongings lost or left behind. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Idaho law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
